1. General

For the purpose of these general terms and conditions, Imina Imports means IMINA IMPORTS (Pty) Ltd 2017/22832/07 Imina Imports head office is located at Unit 7, The Factory @ N4 Gateway Industrial Park, East Entrance, Willow Park Manor x65, 0184, South Africa. Imina Imports hold the right to change these terms and conditions.

2. Product errors

We liaise with suppliers face to face and check all product quality before ordering and upon delivery however if there are any faults we will deal with the product as a return policy.

3. Pricing

Products are billed in ZAR and include VAT.

4. Delivery costs

Delivery costs are stated separately when placing an order.Delivery cost may vary on items.

5. Delivery

Imina Imports will deliver your product to the stated delivery address within 5-10 working days of order confirmation and receipt of payment.If you have not received your order with 14 working days please contact us on customerservice@imina.co.za

6. Stock availability

Stock on offer is limited. Imina Imports will discontinue the offer as soon as stock is no longer available.Should items still be offered after stocks are sold, Imina Imports will only be liable to refund the money at the advertised price.

7. Payment

We offer direct bank transfers and payment through Payfast.

PayFast is PCI DSS Level 1 Service Provider (the highest level). PayFast is developed with the same demands on security and performance as web sites used for banking services and share trading. Your account login, personal details, and all money transactions are secured using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology with high security 256 bit encryption. Your sensitive financial information (like credit/debit card details) is never sent to the people you pay! Payfast make use of 3D Secure to further enhance the security of credit card transactions on PayFast.

8. Agreement of sale

Users cannot hold Imina Imports liable if the purchase cycle is incomplete.Agreement of sale only comes into effect once the purchase cycle is complete and an order number has been given to the user.

9. Returns/cancellation

Consumers have the right to return the purchase within the statutory cooling-off period of 7 working days of the day of receipt of order.

If you wish to cancel your order please email us within 24 hours at customerservice@imina.co.za

If you notify us of returns or cancellations after the stated time, goods returned to Imina Imports can only be exchanged for replacement of good or gift vouchers.

Any goods returned must be returned with the original packaging.

Returned good must be Unit 7, The Factory @ N4 Gateway Industrial Park, East Entrance, Willow Park Manor x65, 0184, South Africa.

The onus is on the customer to ensure that the goods returned are received by Imina Imports within 10 days of notice via email.

10. Refunds

On returns – All refunds on returns will be made within 5-10 days once the returned purchase has been received by Imina Imports.

On cancellation-All refunds on cancellations will be done within 3 working days.
